Millions of Americans are taking part in an unprecedented experiment in working from home. There are reports that many are happier, more efficient and want to hang onto the benefits when the pandemic ends. With no commute means more time back. If you now find yourself working from home instead of at the office, you’ve just added “new time” into your day.
Here are some ideas from our health coaches that help you maximize your time. Be sure to schedule your self-improvement time for early in the morning while you are still fresh and motivated.
Even if it’s just 10 minutes a day, use your lost commute time to improve yourself. You will be amazed at how all these small daily changes can add up to huge results.
