The Cambia Health Foundation is the corporate foundation of Cambia Health Solutions. Founded in 2007, the Foundation has funded over $60 million in grants to transform health care, making the journey more person-focused and economically sustainable from birth to natural completion of life.
We have a vision that spans three focus areas of work across all ages and phases of life:
Our 10-year vision is to advance equity through whole person health in underserved communities in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah. By whole person health, we mean the integration of the physical, social and behavioral aspects of our health. We believe that health is personal, multidimensional and integrated, so health care should be, too.
Our efforts will focus on three areas:
- Resilient Children and Families: Pregnancy, Infants and Children up to age 8
- Healthy and Connected Aging: Adults age 55+
- Health Care Workforce: Paid and Unpaid Caregivers

Living well with serious illness is possible. All people with serious illness and their caregivers should have access to quality palliative care in the setting they choose. We invest in palliative care to help people with serious illness and their caregivers live as well as possible for as long as possible.
