As a company dedicated to hiring and retaining veterans, Cambia Health Solutions looks forward to Veterans Day because it allows Cambia employees to share their stories and express their gratitude for other employees who have served.
This year, we hosted our annual Veterans Day event at our Portland, Oregon, headquarters, and live streamed the event for employees in other offices. The event drew in more than 75 employees and was kicked off with a presentation of the American flag by the 142nd Fighter Wing Honor Guard, followed by the national anthem sung by Sergeant Eric Bunday, a local police officer who often sings at Portland Winterhawks games.
Several Cambia employees shared their stories with the group, including: John Cimral, Chief Information Officer, U.S. Army veteran; Steven Warming, Basefit coach, U.S. Army veteran; Timshel Tarbet, Director of Ethics and Compliance, U.S. Air Force veteran; and Michael Rodeen, Document Services Technician, U.S. Air Force combat veteran.
We’d like to extend our sincerest gratitude to all military veterans and current active duty military personnel for the sacrifices you make to serve our country.
