North Dakotans and South Dakotans think very highly of the state of their well-being. Much more highly than we do in Oregon, according to a national survey. The two Dakotas top the Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index, while Oregon comes in a middling No. 25. But Gov. John Kitzhaber and other health care leaders, from Oregon Health & Science University, Nike Inc. and Cambia Health Solutions, want to change that.
