The Inclusion, Diversity and Equity for All (IDEAL) team within Cambia’s Data and Technology Solutions organization has committed to partnering with local organizations to support LGBTQ+ events in the community. Recently, Cambia had the opportunity to host the Portland Women in Technology (PDXWIT) LGBTQ+ in Tech PRIDE Celebration. J. Sanders, Cambia’s PRIDE Employee Resource Group co-chair, represented Cambia during this event.
