Cambia employees from across its footprint—Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Washington—celebrated "Office Warming Week" from January 22–26. Colleagues from nine locations met in their offices to see each other in person, build camaraderie, share a meal and explore new and improved office locations.
Events featured a taco bar, a hot chocolate chat with leaders, a service project opportunity, free retirement fund consultations, a raffle and games.
The service project included Cambia employees writing notes of inspiration and filling "Goodie Jars" for youth organizations like the Boys & Girls Clubs and Communities In Schools so that kids can grab words of encouragement as they enter their after-school program. Employees unable to come to the office for the service project were encouraged to mail in their encouraging words.
“It was wonderful to see so many colleagues in the office. You could feel the energy of being together. I'm proud of the teams who worked hard to coordinate so many activities across our locations,” said Elizabeth Hall, vice president of employee experience and talent. “We’re fortunate to have beautiful office locations, and I look forward to more gatherings in the future.”
