Cambia Health Solutions is proud to be one of the first 20 companies inducted into the Healthiest Employers Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame honors organizations that have been named to the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America more than five times. Cambia has earned this distinction for the past eight years.
Since 2009, more than 10,000 organizations have applied to be named one of the Healthiest Employers in their region. The Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America—created in 2014 to honor the five-year anniversary of the regional award—highlights the 100 highest-scoring organizations nationwide. Cambia has been named one of the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America every year since the national award’s inception. Award nominees are evaluated across six key categories: culture and leadership, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analytics.
At Cambia, we take a holistic approach to wellness and focus on improving how to support our employees. We believe that a healthy workplace is one that promotes all aspects of employee well-being and meets people where they are. For some, a healthy workplace provides them with resources to improve their physical health, such as nutrition classes or exercise facilities on site. For others, a healthy workplace is one in which they feel valued, respected and appreciated by their coworkers and are free to be their authentic selves at work.

Cambia strives to meet these diverse needs by providing a variety of resources, including on-site fitness centers, healthy vending options, a meditation app, financial tools and community engagement opportunities through volunteering. During the pandemic, many of our wellness resources needed to move online. Our innovative wellness team quickly developed a range of remote wellness classes, both live and self-paced, like twice-weekly online yoga classes, regular wellness webinars and at-home health challenges to encourage people to develop healthy habits.
