His expertise is in finance and accounting with demonstrated results in profit and loss and cash flow management, external financial reporting and controls, contract negotiations and mergers and acquisitions. Before Ampere, Underwood held several finance leadership positions at Intel most recently as corporate vice president and chief financial officer for the Client Computing Group. Underwood joined the Cambia board in 2023.
