Rob Coppedge leads Echo Health Venture’s efforts to identify, invest in and grow innovative companies that enable and deliver a transformed experience to health care consumers nationwide.
As part of Echo's unique partnership with its parent companies, Rob works closely with the senior management teams and boards of Cambia Health Solutions and Mosaic Health Solutions to support collaboration with Echo's portfolio companies, accelerate Cambia and Mosaic's strategies, and more quickly bring health care innovation to national scale.
Rob has more than 20 years of experience in health care venture capital and business building. Before founding Echo, he served as the president of Cambia's diversified business unit. In that role, he oversaw Cambia's wholly owned operating companies and its venture and private equity investing activities. Rob joined Cambia in 2010 to launch and build the company's diversification and corporate venture investment efforts. Under his leadership, Cambia has invested in nearly 20 companies. Prior to Cambia, he was the founding partner of Faultline Ventures and a partner at Capitol Health Partners.
Rob serves on the boards of several health care companies and the board of the Cambia Health Foundation. He is co-chair of the Healthcare Executives Leadership Network (HELN) and a founder and former director of Leadership Health Care, a Nashville-based network of young health care executives. Rob graduated from Georgetown University with a bachelor’s degree in history and is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder.
