For the second year in a row, Cambia has been named one of the "World’s Most Ethical Companies." In 2019, 128 honorees were recognized spanning 21 countries and 50 industries.
In our current climate, where the question of ethics and moral dilemmas often emerge, having a standard to refer to in the decision-making process can be invaluable. And more than ever, a company's success depends on both the talent they are able to attract and the values they follow. At Cambia, we are guided by our Cause to transform health care. Our commitment to employees and consumers is to never lose sight of doing what’s right for those we serve.
We asked several employees from across all Cambia locations, to share why working for an ethical company is important to them and what inspires their work for health care transformation. Check out some of their stories.

Why is working for an ethical company important to you?
There is nothing more important than the pursuit of ethical behavior. We exist to help each other and do right by each other. Without that, what do we have? It is important for me to be a part of a company where the question that is always asked is “Is it the right thing to do?” If a company asks themselves that question, and I mean really grapples with that question, at every decision, every cross road, and they fight for the answer to that question to always be “yes,” then that is the company I want to invest in and to represent in the market.
What does it mean to have a culture of ethics, and how do you see that at Cambia?
A culture of ethics looks like a group of people who want to get up every day and do more than show up. It is a group of people who fight to make a difference. I believe Cambia not only supports this culture but also demands it of their employees and of themselves.
