Every year, the Portland Business Journal surveys CEOs from around the state to find out which companies and non-profit organizations they admire most. “These companies represent the most highly thought of organizations in the state,” said Business Journal Publisher Craig Wessel at last week’s awards celebration.
Cambia is proud to have been honored in two categories of the 2015 Most Admired Companies program. In the health care category we took the #5 spot and were proud to rank #10 in the all-industries category among such companies as Nike and Columbia Sportswear.

Among the many organizations honored last week were Oregon Health & Science University (#1 in health care for their record-achieving Knight Cancer Challenge), Umpqua Bank (#1 in financial services for shaking up their industry and serving the consumer), Intel Corporation (#1 in the technology category for significant investments to diversify their workforce), and Friends of the Children (#1 in the non-profit category for taking their proven model of transforming the lives of vulnerable youth national).
