Astrid S. Tuminez is the president of Utah Valley University, the largest public university in the state.
She has leadership experience across the academic, technology, finance, nonprofit and public policy sectors and previously served as the regional director of corporate, external and legal affairs for Southeast Asia at Microsoft. Tuminez is also on the boards of the Carnegie Corporation of New York, World Trade Center Utah and Silicon Slopes and is an advisory board member for Zions Bank. She formerly served on the boards of the Bank of Philippine Islands and Singapore American School and has been an advisor to the Asian Women’s Leadership University Project, the Global Economic Symposium and the ASEAN Institute on Disability and Public Policy. She joined the Cambia board in 2021.
