PORTLAND, Ore.—Scott Decker has joined Cambia Health Solutions as President of HealthSparq. In this role, Mr. Decker will lead the strategic direction and growth of this business, while overseeing the company's operations.
Scott will continue the company's focus on creating a suite of products that help consumers have a better understanding of the health care system, how they can effectively access it and how to make better and more informed choices within it. These products will engage consumers and enable them to access information through patient reviews, cost and quality demographics and with the support of a broad, socially engaged healthcare community. HealthSparq is part of Cambia's Direct Health Solutions (DHS) division.
Scott graduated summa cum laude from Trinity University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He has more than 20 years of experience in building companies, teams and client relationships focused on the concept of improving health care through the use of technology. Most recently, he served as the President of NextGen Healthcare and as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board for HEALTHvision Inc.
