Cambia Health Solutions was one of the most active corporate investors in the digital health universe in 2014, according to Rock Health, a full-service seed fund for digital health based in San Francisco.
Cambia ranked No. 5 in the U.S. among corporate investors over the four-year period from 2011 through 2014, with eight deals, five of them last year. The top four corporate investors were Qualcomm, with 21 transactions over that period, followed by Merck, with 20, and Google Ventures with 11.
