As a featured keynote speaker at this year’s Louisville Innovation Summit, an event where executives and innovators converged to “create the future of aging care,” Cambia’s President and CEO Mark Ganz shared Cambia’s vision and approach for innovating an empathetic health care experience for people and their families.
When it comes to innovating for aging populations, nothing matters more than industry-wide collaboration with a focus on the individual, what Mark called “N=1” — creating the same end-to-end experience that you would want for yourself and those you love most in the world.
Mark drew from Cambia’s 100-year history, how culture needs to support the change we are driving, and how Cambia is designing end-to-end, health care experiences for people based on a deep understanding of their needs.
Mark used palliative care as the example where care centered on needs is most vital, and why Cambia started there to design an empathetic health care experience. See some of the highlights from the conference and Mark’s thought-provoking panel on transforming health care.
