Recognition honors companies demonstrating business integrity through best-in-class ethics, compliance, and governance practices
Cambia Health Solutions has been recognized by Ethisphere, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices, as one of the 2023 World’s Most Ethical Companies.
For the sixth consecutive year, Cambia has received this distinction and is one of only four honorees in the health insurance category. In 2023, 135 honorees were recognized spanning 19 countries and 46 industries.

In 2022, Cambia created a new internal ethics award to recognize an employee or team who has exemplified ethical leadership through action. As part of this recognition program, Cambia assembled an Ethics Advisory Board to evaluate nominations as well as share feedback, advance ideas and serve as ethics program intermediaries. The creation of this new award and advisory board build upon Cambia’s strong ethical culture and continue to enable its employees to act with integrity.
