Each fall, Cambia employees dig deep for the annual giving campaign. In the past five years, employees have raised $9.6 million for their favorite charities, including the 50 percent company match. With 60-70 percent of employees participating, that rate is more than twice the national average of 27-30 percent, according to JK Group, one of the world's largest corporate philanthropic services. More than 1,400 nonprofits nationwide benefit from the campaign, which allows employees to pledge their support to any eligible 501(c)3 charity.
