Employee Giving

Each fall, Cambia employees dig deep for the annual giving campaign. In the past five years, employees have raised $9.6 million for their favorite charities, including the 50 percent company match. More than 1,400 nonprofits nationwide benefit from the campaign, which allows employees to pledge their support to any eligible 501(c)3 charity.

"I am deeply humbled by the generosity of our employees," said Cambia president and CEO, Mark Ganz. "Community involvement has been the cornerstone of our company, and in what continues to be a difficult economy, employees give from their hearts to support the communities where they live and work."

A commitment to serving those in need is a cornerstone of our company's values, one that Cambia employees enthusiastically embrace. The employee giving campaign is an important expression of that dedication, and those values come to life each day through the efforts of our employees.
