Cambia Health Foundation

Cambia Health Foundation is a 501(c)3 grantmaking organization that focuses on advancing health care transformation. The Foundation currently has two funding tracks: Transforming Health Care and Sojourns®. Transforming Health Care, the Foundation’s newest program track, focuses on investments that promote a person-focused and economically sustainable health care system. Sojourns, the Foundation’s signature program, promotes collaboration and invests in organizations and initiatives that enhance quality and improve access to, and understanding of palliative and end-of-life care.

Since its launch in 2007, the Foundation has awarded nearly $7 million to more than 60 nonprofit organizations.
